Ss19 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the ss19 platform. By registering or using any ss19 service, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein. This document applies to all users in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ss19 as the platform operator. By accessing, registering, logging in or using any part of the ss19 platform — including the website, mobile application and all services provided — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with all terms contained in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the ss19 platform. Continued use following any amendment will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. ss19 reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice, and it is the user's responsibility to review them periodically.
These terms apply to all users aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to register or use any service on this platform. ss19 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close any account confirmed to belong to an underage user.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund. Information provided during registration must be accurate, current and complete, including full name, date of birth, phone number and any other required details.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and account login details confidential. ss19 will never ask for your password via email, message or phone call. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately and change your password.
Ss19 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a copy of your identification card, proof of address or other relevant documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.
Users are strictly prohibited from using the ss19 platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that could compromise the security of the platform or other users. The use of automated software, bots, or any technical means to exploit the system is strictly prohibited.
Payment & Transaction Information MYR
All financial transactions on the ss19 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Successful deposits will only be credited to your account once payment is confirmed by the system. ss19 is not responsible for any delays or failures caused by third-party payment systems such as banks or e-wallet providers.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the ss19 account. ss19 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests to third-party accounts without providing any reason. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to several business days.
Any transactions suspected to involve fraud, money laundering or other illegal activities will be reported to the relevant authorities. ss19 reserves the right to freeze funds and suspend accounts during an investigation without prior notice to the account holder.
Refund Policy
Processed deposits are non-cancellable and non-refundable except in cases of technical error verified by ss19. Should a transaction error occur, users must report it within 24 hours of the transaction. Reports submitted after this period may not be processed.

All amounts, deposits and withdrawals are displayed and processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ss19 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies directly.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Ss19 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses suffered by users arising from use of the platform, including service disruptions, data loss or betting outcomes. Users acknowledge that all betting and gaming activities carry financial risk and accept that risk entirely of their own accord.
Ss19 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if the user violates any terms in this document, engages in fraudulent activity, provides false information during registration, or fails to comply with identity verification requests. Any remaining funds in an account closed due to a terms violation may be forfeited.
All content on the ss19 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software and code — is the exclusive property of ss19 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from ss19.
The ss19 platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as payment providers and game providers. ss19 is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of use, or content of those third parties. Users are advised to review the relevant terms and privacy policies of any third-party service before using it.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Ss19 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which will continue in full force and effect. ss19's failure to enforce any right or provision under these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
